I got some spare time, so I decided to just write another tutorial of this other simple Photoshop effect I oftenly use, as well as to satisfy my affection toward this awesome natural phenomenon
Hope it can be useful for ya
Made in PSCS2, I suppose it should work for other versions as well.....
Credit if used, link back....if ya want. I just wanna know whether this tut really can help to make good pics...

Well....actually most peoples I know (and me) starts going digital by mouse and MSPaint. If you already got tablet everything'll be easier tho!
Of course you'll need to have a basic manual drawing mastery too.. >.<

Nah, the stuff is too fluffy in most cases. Only when it threw down a whole lot of it and it had a few days of warmer weather to settle, it becomes kind of substantial. Of course, you can bury someone in snow as well as sand, and then it can be pretty restricting ^^
Not that we would have done the like when we fooled around... erm... *cough* No, no.
