So I was just casually trying to draw Chatnoir from Miraculous Ladybug when I realized that there is a concerning lack of references when it comes to Latex outfit or shiny surface in general! Despite the fact that there is a demand for artist that can draw these materials well for its......particular purposes,

So here I decided to just share the method that I use to do them!

This first part is just the basic, nothing special really, just make sure that your highlights are generally sharp, since that is what differentiates latex from other dull rubber or leather. Although of course, if you are aiming for more realism, it would have slightly smoother, textured edge instead of a sharp cel edges.

Chatnoir most definitely does not belong to me. Simply borrowing him for educational purposes.
Wouldn't mind to borrow him for other purposes, too~
