Description another piece for my AP Art Portfolio this time featuring the deceased but ever beautiful Keypsake Rose. the title was inspired by a church sermon i recently attended and it just sorta stuck while i was drawing this.

Keypsake was one of those mares that taught me a little of everything in life, from the joys of success and summer days to how to cope with death. it was after failing to save her life that i decided i was most definitely going to be a vet.

i'm becoming quite attached to my portfolio pieces....

I've tried and tried to come up with words for this piece. I remember when Keypsake died, and I remember how much it hurt you and hurt me because I can't bear to see friends in pain. This piece is a fitting memorial, I think. Absolutely, heart-wrenchingly beautiful.

i'm glad you think so hun it was a hard trial to endure for sure, but looking back now i can finally appreciate everything Keypsake taught me about, well, everything ^_^
