Occupation: Unknown, recently appeared in Sentinel City's criminal underworld and has been making a lot of moves lately, but he's managed to keep his presence
unknown to most, very few have noticed his arrival.

Persona: A control freak and master manipulator, Sovereign hates people with superpowers, especially superheroes with a passion. He's smug, confident and considers himself the smartest person in the room, and most of the time he is.

Bio: Very little is known about the enigmatic "Sovereign", he made his arrival to Sentinel City right before the "Equalizer Incident", and since then he's been planning and making covert moves in the criminal underworld here and there. He wears a helmet to keep his identity a secret from everyone, and because of this no one knows who he truly is. He seems to have it out for the super heroes of the city and has some kind of vendetta against them for reasons unknown, even those in his inner circle like Masquerade know nothing about the motivations for his actions and his plans, just that he wants to rid the city of all super powered individuals. This does not mean that he is against using them to further his agenda, however, as he views them as a weapon that he points in a certain direction.

A master manipulator that is always scheming and plotting, Sovereign does not usually get his hands dirty, usually having his underlings take care of tasks for him, preferring to remain in the shadows of anonymity. This does not mean he isn't willing to undertake those tasks himself, or even fight against heroes or villains, because, as he puts it, "Even a god must stoop to conquer". If Sovereign were to have a flaw, it would be that he hates it when his plans go off the rails. While he has backup plans and contingencies in place, he still becomes furious when things go wrong. This flaw, however, does not make him any less dangerous.

Armed with a cane made from some kind special technology, it can transform into whatever weapon or device that he needs at any given moment. He's also an excellent marksmen and swordsman, and can hold his own in a hand to hand fight. The greatest threat he poses is his mind, he is a master tactician, and he plans on using that skill to conquer Sentinel City, becoming its' ruler, its' Sovereign.....

This is the latest OC Bio for my Sentinel City Series, the illusive, manipulative mastermind known only as Sovereign! came up with the awesome design for the character, and she gave me permission to post it as well. I'm really happy with how it turned out, so thanks again. Also, she's doing commissions right now, so definitely be sure to check her page out if you want one!
