Because the internet needs more Furiosa fanart [/sarcasm]

This started off as a warmup sketch using one of 's pose references. Then I really liked the pose (I NEVER draw characters from behind) and randomly turned it into Furiosa. Then once I got my computer rebuilt I needed to test out photoshop on my new system specs, so this seemed like the perfect lineart to play with. I've been trying to switch it up for faster workflow by hand inking my sketches then cleaning up/coloring in photoshop. As much as I love digital lines, this way saves me a good 2 hours.

Anyway for something done essentially as a meaningless practice I'm happy with it. As per usual there are things I love about it, and things I hate. I do feel like I'm getting better at backgrounds but we will have to see how things progress from here.
