This way everything keeps fluid and neat.
Method used both in [link] and [link]
This is supposed to be a basic tutorial.
It would be soo long if I added all my tips and details :<
I was planning to do the hershey's holder tutorial next but I lost my folding paper ;_;'' OTL

hershey's holders!!! i love those cute things!!
my sister used Adobe Imageready (that's in photoshop) to do a folding motion and people were amazed and thought she was animating it using skills.
tsk tsk.

Wow, I never tried to put a blank frame in between, this way the artwork will be much smoother *geek!* OY!
Thnx by the way, do you have a digi-pad thing to draw your bunnies? Cos they looked as though they're drawn by hand, but on computer XD
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
RainCookie In reply to Xesolor [2008-04-06 20:01:24 +0000 UTC]
Haha :3 ^^ I used to just go without inbetween frames and I got pretty fusterated most of the time because I couldn't control the speed or fluidity correctly ;-;''
I draw everything with mouse :3 I don't own a tablet :<

excellent tutorial!
never knew about the 20 fps issue. it's a weird bug, huh?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
RainCookie In reply to Winyumi [2008-04-06 20:04:50 +0000 UTC]
Yeah D: It made my animation run at like, 13 fps, but left the music running at normal speed ;_;'' so weird.

Winyumi In reply to RainCookie [2008-04-06 20:15:27 +0000 UTC]
i should try it out and see for myself x3. what browser and flash ver do you use when you encounter it?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
RainCookie In reply to Winyumi [2008-04-06 20:26:31 +0000 UTC]
I use IE, Flash 8.
I think this lag even shows on Firefox tho x_x;; Viewed it with my brother's comp (that has Firefox) and it still lagged :<
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Winyumi In reply to RainCookie [2008-04-07 06:22:13 +0000 UTC]
well, the flash plugin for firefox performs poorly when compared to IE. i've tested a flash on my old comp and it was smooth on IE while firefox was not. but this probably isn't related to the 20fps issue, though i still haven't had the chance to try it out yet.
