Description
This is technique I use in my several illustrations, to create the clear-looking water.
I hope that this tutorial could be any help for anyone looking for a way to create clear water.
My concept is we are not going to paint the water itself, but the reflection on it.
Also, Feel free to give me your suggestion if you have one.
