Description
This is a Mega Raichu Fan Art design I drew and designed myself, along with a additional tail, I added black fur that acts just like a thunder storm cloud, to store and increase energy, I also switched the brown and yellow on Raichu, and added thunder bolts around the limbs, this way he looks like he could be his very own thunder storm! ~RaiZhuWRelated content

There should be a new move for him,called Double Shard,It launches Electric Shards(2) from each tail,and takes away almost half of the opponents health,dat would be awesome

Raichu always has been and always will be my all time favourite, so my standards for a Mega Evolution for him are high. But I have to say, I absolutely love this!
