Kamen Rider Eight,

Asamiya Kirino, xx, is a native that arrived on Earth in 1971. He was one of the lead designers that developed the Masked Rider system for ZECT.

Kirino is a man of peace. He agreed to helping out with the Rider system if it ensured the safety of his people. During the events of the series, he was filled with doubt for the future. The worms were stronger than anticipated and began overwhelming the Riders at some point. It is then than he decided to create a Zecter of his own.

The Eight Zecter, named as such because it was based on the terrifying tarantula as well as being the eight regular Zecter to be created. This was created as a backup plan if the Worms prevailed in the modern conflict. It is beyond indestructible in its Masked Form and boasts extreme offensive capabilities in Rider Form. But in return, using this Zecter would drain one's lifeforce at an exorbitant rate. Using it for 24 hours straight would kill anyone on the spot.

Thankfully, Kabuto put an end into the invasion and finally allowed the Natives to quietly co-exist with the rest of humanity.

However, in the year 2019, another meteorite unexpectedly arrives on Earth. It came seemingly out of no where with no possible way for anyone to prepare. Within it is yet another wave of Worm invaders. It crashes in Akihabara and decimates all life within the immediate vicinity. With all other Zect Riders unavailable...
