That's always helpful yes, but I can't really find any flaws. Well, she is missing a mouth but that doesn't bother at all. You just made a perfect drawing! :3

All those individual hairs, depicted so beautifully. These eyelashes. This fluff on her coat. And this shading. Such wonderful shading. The shift between the side of her hair and the back is so pleasantly gradual and lifelike. And the shadow under her head. And the way you use the shading to give volume to the body. And then, this single violet colour of her magic and how you use those gentle tone shifts and starker highlights to show how it reflects off her. And the horn, with this strange and unusual cracked or vein-like look, as if it is really made of crystal.
And the elegant, gentle curves of her eye and head and neck and hair and everything. And the softly darker eyelid. And the ear, the single most expressive ear among all ponykind. And the emotion all of this conveys.
And finally, the background, just enough to serve as a backdrop yet done very well.
All of this combines to create a very impressive piece indeed. Well done.
The one things I could mention that could be improved is that small sketch outline along the edge of her mane that is visible in the finished version. If it were to be removed, the result could possibly be even more spectacular.

Now excuse me while I go and join her. She may look wonderfully elegant and refined and stunningly beautiful in her thoughtfulness, but she also feels sad. No matter how elegant she may look when sad, I'm not having with it. My beloved Twilight deserves to be happy. I'll do my best to make her remarkably expressive earβ€”along with the rest of herβ€”show only positive emotion.
