Description
My god... What have I done...See people? This! This is what happens when I have to much time on my hands! This happens! I some how glued together the Lord of the Rings, the Elder Scrolls, Inheritance Cycle, Assassin's Creed, Harry Potter, Vision of Escaflowne, Berserk, Zero no Tsukaima, Castlevania, Dragon Age, My little Pony Friendship is Magic, World of Warcraft, One Piece, Warhammer Fantasy Battles, Avatar the Last Airbender, and Kingdom Hearts into one freaking world! Dear god the mass of contradictions in lore would make the plot hole from to boldly flee look like your bath tub drain! My computer has a seizure just trying to comprehend it!
Well... I suppose it would be a kick ass set up for a Total War game or an action RPG...
I own nothing here.

Okay I have many questions.
1. I assume that in this world the "true north and south poles" are not in the same spot as the northern and southern water tribes and if they are why have they not been eaten by daemons, chaos marauders or beastmen yet.
2. I assume that the crystal heart and similar magical items keep Equestria from getting killed by chaos in this world.
3. Why do the laws of magic seem to change in this world based on the region?
4. Was this world created (in universe I mean) if so by who?
5. Did the various ancient races such as the Old Ones (Warhammer), Titans (Warcraft) and Ancient Spirits (Avatar) interact?
I must say this would be quiet the crazy world to live in.

The answer to one is probably yes they are not in the actual chaos wastes so they aren't getting raped eaten or killed by daemons.
Number two is also mostly correct, I made this map a long time ago and even I don't remember all of the details but stuff like that is indeed the case... I actually wrote something about those protections failing during the cataclysm (this was made when WOW cataclysm was new so it should tell you just how behind in everything the lore for this world was) do Deathwing just smashing through everything in a wave of destruction forcing Equestria onto a world stage that it is not fully prepared for.
Question number three is that I didn't think that far ahead. I guess one could say they are all using aspects of the same system but drawing from different sources and in different ways.
Question four, the answers in Eru Illuvatar (at least at the set up), Morgoth would be the ultimate big bad who can bitch slap the chaos gods around as everything horrible thing they and others do actually feeds as he is the pretty much literal God of Evil.
Question five would be a sort of. Remember this was made long before much deeper Warcraft and Avatar lore was available. These forces would have been aware of eachother but may or may not have interacted.
Honestly if I was to add onto it we would see some form of Remnant from Rwby present as well. I know. I'm crazy like that.

My guess would be that the Northern and Southern portals are not at the poles and rather they are on portals on islands near the true north and south pole. The spirit energy possibly acting as shields against chaos influence.
I am getting the hilarious picture of Yaks fighting chaos (possibly with Chaos Yaks) and the crystal heart destroying whole armies of daemons at once.
From what I have seen and come up with from my own crossovers and what applies here. The warp and the fade seem to be the same thing while oblivion is likely much bigger than thought and includes warcraft realms like the emerald dream and the Aedra realms (simply separated from the daedra by religious beliefs and the Undying Lands). It is possible that magic of all kinds comes from the warp energies and the different warp beings and belief systems shape the different forms of magic used around the world with some areas under the effects of powerful magic such as the Inheritance Cycle's Ancient Language which shapes how magic can be used in some areas but it wouldn't explain why magic can sometimes be used just through study and practice while others have to be born with it. Or maybe I am looking too deeply into this.
Considering the different natures of the Aniur and the warp beings I could see how Morgoth, being a literally extra-universal being, somehow draining power from the ruinous powers (maybe using Malal as his avatar being the god of anarchy).
My only question with that is how these various "sections" of the world have become so isolated (especially the Azeroth and Equestria regions due to their comparatively advanced technology such as airships) until the cataclysm in your world?
Now there is no shame in being crossover crazy so long as it can be explained within reason. I have made several attempts at this kind of thing myself though my biggest holdup is that I am stingy on lore especially when a world has proven creation stories and world maps. For example the map with Middle Earth combined with several elder scrolls lands without the rest of Nirn. I would find that very hard and be similar experience to pulling teeth.

Sorry for being so late getting back so late but i can answer a few questions, although to be honest i stopped doing this particular map.
As for how they are all so isolated, I would like to point out that Azeroth's more advanced technology is a fairly recent development in the lore, as in within the last few decades. As for the ponies i just figured they were very docile and didn't really go exploring to far beyond their borders.
As for the elder scrolls stuff... god its been so long i don't even remember what the explanation was, i think i just really don't care for cyrodil so i left it out, no idea how that alters everything else.

I am doing a D&D game that is a Nod to the Creators. I have a lot of places in my game and the world is HUGE and there are serious contradictions all over the place! Mystara, Skyrim, Eberon, Forgotten Realms, Greayhawk, Judges Guild... there is a lot there! I love the map!

They're a bit tougher than they look but yes, it would be rude wake up call.
They have some protection being geographically isolated from the worst of it.

Anyway, in this world, ponies could really prosper only if they had the ability to transform into humanoid form and back.
That's my opinion.

Well I am working on a sort of RPG class table for this.
Mercenaries are of course present, including azeroth's world saving Mercenary Adventurers.

How is it with naval and air forces?

The game should be in the style of Total War or Warhammer: Mark of Chaos?

That's what is likely to happen whenever you expand too much that's what happen with Microsoft paint for me.
It does seem rather fun, trying to combined other worlds in a proper geography instead of being unoriginality cheap on being creative about these ideas.

Oh that well you know how most authors are terrible at writing there own parody/fanmakes? Just by copying ideas off of other fics. It's like that, most people consider using the term of Kingdom Hearts to explain it or just randomly stick with an actually setting that their placing the characters into there own story. I could be wrong but most people don't focus entirely on explaining how other worlds or places can be connected let alone just giving out a random setting or creating there own idea for.
