So, let's see, about this one, here's my help:
Chibi Armed Dragon
Wind/ level 3/ Dragon-type/ ATK: 1400/ DEF: 500
You can Special summon this card from your hand by sending 1 monster you control to the Graveyard. If this card destroys a monster by battle, destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls whose ATK is lower than the destroyed monster's ATK. During the turn you use this effect, you cannot attack your opponent directly.

You may discard 1 "LV" monster from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy 1 card on the field. If this monster was destroyed as a result of battle, end the Battle Phase. If this monster was destroyed by a card effect controlled by your opponent, destroy 1 card on the field.
