Hmmmm... Funny, I didn't realize you were making a real archetype out of these until now. Let's see... Hmmmmm... So if "Chibi" is the archetype name, supposedly not in the same way contrasting the original as the Toons, maybe something like this would be possible:
Chibi Revise Dragon
Water/ level 1/ Dragon-type/ ATK: 1000/ DEF: 0;
This card cannot be used as an Overlay Unit. If a Monster's effect resolves that would increase the ATK of a monster on the field, this card gains 500 ATK until the End phase.
I am going by the road believing that all Chibi monsters are level 1 monsters with 0 DEF and whose ATK is half their counterpart's ATK, and their effects are somewhat similar to the originals but always feature a nasty side-effect. Is this okay?

Group? Well, do as you like, but it seems to me the archetype has been following a different pattern: so far, they all have hlaf the level, ATK and DEF of their original counterparts and mirroring their effects, often supporting the originals. Correct me if I'm wrong here, I'll respect every decision you make.
