The name could use a little work because dark and shadow in some situations are almost the same thing. And in this case it would be. In which case I would suggest the following.

Shadow Fire Dragon
Personally I think Shadow Fire Dragon fits the pic better. But it is up to you.

omg your artwork for the dragon is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! i would try to shorten it since thats like putting "DEATH PUNCH OF SCARY DEATH" to much of the dark wording in there. something like Shadow Flare Dragon or idk. i do love the revival ability but to make it easier for the first part i would reword it like archfiend empress cause the design 1 card part doesn't make that sense. unless your doing it for a destruction ability or targets 1 card. i would reword it like this: "once per turn when your opponent would activate a card effect that targets a card on the field, negate and remove that card from play"
