Earthbound Immortal Llamaca PacuillaThere can only be 1 face-up "Earthbound Immortal" monster on the field. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the Field, destroy this card. Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. This card can attack your opponent directly. While this card is face-up on your side of the field, during your Draw Phase, you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower Beast-Type monster from your Deck to your side of the field instead of conducting your normal draw.

Oh, dragons as a theme are fine...I merely disapprove of putting them in themes in which they are not needed. EI's are composed almost entirely of big monsters. (Unless that was a sign of agreement, there...)
