Earthbound Immortal RorcconType: Fiend
There can only be 1 face-up "Earthbound Immortal" monster on the field. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. This card can attack your opponent directly. When this card is summoned, remove from play up to 5 cards you control. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each card that was removed from play. If this card is removed from play you can destroy up to 3 cards on the field.

i love this, especially the fact that you found a way to turn the swirl into a monster, but dont you think the effect is a little too much, even for an earthbound immortal? i mean they already cannot be attacked and can attack directly, why give him the chance to get 5000 attack? even 4000 is pushing a little, but if the player has plenty of disposable cards, like say cards that activate in the grave or when sent to the grave, thats an easy 5000 attack power pluss those effects. i would think maybe either change so that it reverts back to 0 at the end of the turn, or reduce the gain just a little. like 800 attack for every card removed
but that's just me, i love the design and effect regardless, dont mind my criticism to much lol
