Description Another piece for Mesozoic land, my personal project. This time we go to the Acrocanthosaurus exhibit, she's eating a young elephant the elephant died of natural causes so it was decided that it shall be fed on this super predator Also, here's a timelapse video of the process: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jpnjA…

I'm guessing that was a zoo elephant that died of illness or old age. Some zoos use the remains of their deceased herbivores to feed carnivores.

so, you feed your large theropods large mammalian herbivores right. COOL DUDE, not only do you give them big meals to fill their bellies, but if you bring them in alive, you give your animals some good opportunity to exercise and sharpen its hunting and fighting capabilities.
