Thank you I used measurement sighting (with my pencil) to get it as close as possible for the purpose of painting for a study.
I think it's a big improvement from my first try with a wolf. I'm just about animal-ed out for now, time to paint something more in the realm of imagination I think haha.

Thanks so much, it's such a tricky medium for precision. I think I did a better job with this one with the details than my wolf
I am getting better I think! Studies always help so much more than just up and deciding to paint something random.

This is easily some of the best snow leopard artwork I've seen yet, Jennifer.
It was great to see the progress on this with those WIP's. The finishing touches with the fur is fantastic and the background looks so awesome in relation to the colour of his eyes. Great job!
And that's really wonderful of you to donate a percentage of this to the Snow Leopard Trust. You're a great person.

Wow! Thank you Dave, that really means a lot to me . I've always struggled with details with acrylics, and backgrounds lol. I think I'm getting better though
Studies help so much - especially with a great photo to see the details.
Certainly - I am more than happy to give a little back to the world that inspires me so much

Thanks! My scanner put this one through hell, so I fixed up the colour scheme as best as I could lol.
I've learned it can't handle green. =/ Stupid thing.

I'm sure I'm complaining over nothing really - but I can see the original and the colours just aren't as nice when it's scanned. My scanner has never been a problem before, it's always done a very good representation.
