Special Attack: Cobra Venom (Spits Poison toxic enough to immobolise opponent for over an hour)
Other Info: The Assassin of the Lugias, Bane is a master of poisons and techniques to administer them. There are 3 rows of spines on his back. He can coat his Purple spines with poison from his own body by squeezing it through miniscule pores on the spines. Each spine can be fired out of his body in any direction he chooses but the purple spines take a few hours to grow back, but his regular spines grow back instantly. He can make spines appear on his "hands" and they work the same as his non purple spines. His powers of flight and ability to swim is equal to Lugia. Is immune to every kind of poison and venom there is. Very Crafty and a tricky character he is most definately one of the evil Lugias.
