Special Attack: Fenrir Blast (Most Powerful Dragon Blast attack)
Other Info: Very Powerful Lugia with the high attack from Dragon type and high Special Attack from being Psychic. His flight can almost match Seraphs flight speed. Prefers Flying over swimming yet is a good swimmer. Got his scar from a battle with Thanatos. (Havent decided on his personailty just yet

Well I dunno what book you've got but in all the games Lugia has been Psychic/Flying. But it COULD also be called Water/Dragon but its unnofficial.
