TFP Soundwave!I've been meaning to do more TFP drawings, so Soundwave gets his picture done first because he is a freaking badass in this series. Which is why I was so excited for the episode Triage (where this particular image is based off of), not only becuase it focused on Soundwave, but the colors
Seriously, I love colors and the sunset in Triage was gorgeous.
But anyways, Soundwave was awesome
I'm glad he actually won his fight against Wheeljack. I'd love to see if the creators of Prime will show what Soundwave looks like without his visor now that it's been cracked, but either way I wouldn't mind. Hopping for greater Soundwave involvement in future episodes ^_^Couple of days work put into this. It's hard to find good references for these characters. Plus Soundwave tends to blend into most backgrounds...
Done in Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom Intuos3 tablet

Kidding. So very much kidding. Anyway, I really like this piece. The reflection of the light on Soundwave's mask is perfect. He almost glows in this piece, completely standing out from background as, you said in the the comments, he normally blends in. The detailing is very nice, very clean - me gusta mucho.
Overall, I think this piece is a rather elegant one. It gives a softer side to Soundwave, who is normally such as badass (if you haven't guessed by now, Soundwave is my favorite TF character). He looks rather peaceful here, a side more people should draw, I think.
