Description
A project I started, just before the New Year. I thought to do something special.What started as a doodle of 'Birdy' Mac grew into an interesting idea- a new circuit to fight through. In this case, I thought to have it comprise of guest opponents. These consisted of OCs of folks I have met on DA, the past few years, and became friends with:
Starting a the bottom left, in purple and white is 's OC, Ashley.
On the middle left, in light blue shirt with true blue gloves is 's OC, Julias.
To Birdy's left is my own young resident scrapper OC, Scythe Mana.
On the top left, wearing purple and gold, with yellow gloves is 's self-avatar, Som.
And finishing up on the top right is 's OC, Isabelle Beaumont, with her usual scowl.. XD
I proposed the idea to my friends, and they liked the idea, so this project could not have been realized without them.
How would Birdy do, knocking gloves with such a roster of opponents? I don't know, but it would be fun to see.
Never thought I'd do something like this as my first work of the New Year, but I couldn't stop once things got going- took about 2-3 days, total to do this. I hope you folks enjoy how this came out- I certainly enjoyed working on it.

Took a little time to organize things, but it was worth it in the end.
..Though I don't think Birdy will be smiling for long, with these kind of opponents.

Especially when he finds out the matches go for more than one round... (don't know why, but he always sinks to the mat once time's up).. XD

Let's see, in terms of VG Characters, I know there's Athena, Vyse, X, Alex, Pit, Pitoo (

Given by how many changes of trunks Alex has, I suspect he's got good fighting experience under his belt before he decided to teach the fitness aspects of the sport (that's my impression of him, anyhow..).
Vyse is no stranger to fighting, between exploring caves, ruins, and crossing swords with Galcian and the Valuan Armada.
All in all, I think everyone mentioned would make for unusual opponents- I know X fought Little Mac to a draw, once, so he's got an idea of what to look for.
It'd be interesting to see, to say the least.

Nice, nice work! Would be interesting to see if more comes from this fantastic piece of pencil drawing. I'm always glad to see that pencil/paper/colour pencil still lives on! I keep thinking I'm all alone in the Boxing community in doing things that way. XD

Yeah, hasn't done much for her social interaction skills. I remember one time Scythe as to spar with her- not only did Isabelle give him an attitude, she insulted him and Derrick.

I know I drew Kazumi Hasegawa, a long ways back (there's also Miharu and Sakura, if she decides on someone else.). I know about lovlesskun, though I haven't talked to her for a while.. if I can figure out a few more folks to ask, I may pursue another one.
