Update of fav.me/d772bfcIn doing this update, I colored Little Mac accordingly with some of the reference bits floating around: His gloves became a light green, with darker green straps. His trunks had lighter shades of green and orange. I liked how the boots came out. The eyes as well.
As for Mega Man, I never that my first shot at him would involve pink. Then again, I didn't expect to do his armor variations, either. Stranger things have happened. XD
This became a fun project, rather quick, too.

It was my first shot of doing Mac in his Smash incarnation- a bit more defined than the PO remake a few years back.

I like the added detail they did for Mac- he get bruises and bandages throughout the fight- I heard that was initially planned for everyone, but I suppose they limited it to Mac since it was a reminder of where he came from: In boxing, pain comes with the territory.

I definitely agree with the updated details. Kinda makes me wonder if they'll do his 'Birdy' incarnation was a palette swap... XD
I doubt Mega's going to use the power armor for his final smash, but since this was mostly fisticuffs practice, it was a good fit. XD

Looks awesome in color! Would be cool for Mega Man to get some pointers for the Power Punch from Mac there. Come to think of it, it'd be cool to see Giga Mac (thank that's what it's called) go up against the Power or even Super Adapter, maybe that'll be their Final Smashes. Kudos to you again!

I know Mega Man could show Mac how to adapt his bobbing and weaving against projectile-heavy users.
Thought that makes me curious- I remember that the Yellow Devil will be rearing his ugly eye, as well.

Yep. Mac may be small, but he's mighty for good reason. Though whether his status as WVBA World Champion would carry some clout in Smash would be a different story. Either way, he's going to leave quite an impact- one bruise and/or star punch at a time.

Well, i mentioned the WVBA because, if Little Mac was able to win it, sure he also have the aspiration to win in Smash Bros. Also, Mac are in your pic training with Megaman, the robot have experience in crossover battles and sure will help Little Mac.

I've done a number of MM-related works- mostly with X and Legends, so with this being my first stab at classic MM, I was a bit hesitant- the style looks simple, but can get tricky.
Also, the Yellow Devil is supposed to be in, too (I'm thinking in a boss fight- kind of capacity). That's gonna throw the Smash regulars for a loop.
