Description
Lockdown is a TF fancharacter of mine; he turns into a police devision armoured vehicle. There's a short story that goes with this image, but I think I'll wait to post it until I can see if I can get permission from tha' lovely Bumbles [*dyemooch ], who, quite beautifully, coloured this for me. [Thank you again for that, Bumbles!!] After the story, I'll post his specs s' well. : 3The image is from December of last year, and I've had it posted on my SA [Sheezy Art] account since then. So, sorry to duplicate from one account to the next, but sadly this is probably the best picture I've done of a transfromer before. I really need practice. ;-;

Dude, I know I already +fav'd this, but I was looking at it again, and just had to say how much I love this piece. There is so much emotion in the way he's sort of draped himself wistfully over the edge of the table, and the way he has this sort of rueful expression on his face. I just love the whole thing...it's just perfectly gorgeous, and so hopefully sad, right down to the lay of his right hand, as it rests on the table. And of course dyemooch did a gorgeous job of coloring it. I must despise him now for his mad coloring skeelz.
I just love this, in case you hadn't picked up on that.

I'm really glad that you're able to read his expression though; I was afraid that his slight force of a smile might throw people off. Personally, there's nothing that seems more deeply injured, to me, then seeing somebody try to smile when they're hurting so badly they can hardly hold themselves up - like a defense mechanism, as if it would make things better somehow.
And how could I possibly deny the glittery horsey-eyes?? I will definatly try at more TF art, though I need tons of practice. *nod* And totally more Ratchet! He is my number 1! : D [ and of course those lamborghinis... ^w-]

Man, you and Bumblebee got me wanting to draw TF again, sis... I should do that when I find some time from these comissions and other projects.

Transformers! Anythin' but that! Noooooooo!.....*melts* Oh well, as much as I can't stand the series (Luffed the toys when I was a little kid, though), it's impeccable as always, and properly displays perspective and all that jazz, yadda yadda yadda...
