You excel in paying attention to detail. Everything in this pic just pops out and begs multiple looks, because it's too elaborate to take in with a single glance. The demon at the right is a nice touch: you can't see him that well, but his most crucial aspects are easy to perceive, particularly the bat-like ears, the emaciated countenance that wavers between humanoid and bestial, and his strong warrior's body. There's also the centipede-like fellow nearby: I can't seem to make out his features, but his (or her?) colors suit him perfectly. The corpse-cave itself must be harrowing to behold: I especially like the little openings it has all around, like demonic windows to the outside world.

Excellent job on the landscape. It contains all necessary details to create a setting for the world the story takes place in. It's not as detailed as the "cave" and whatnot, but since it's not supposed to be the main object of focus, the piece doesn't suffer all that much for it. Magnificent work, as always. Kudos.

Nice angle and values. Textures as well ! Love the giant stone hand , the water splashing effect and the way you added the city on the nose of the demon !
