Well, so has Loki... I'd count Thor and Hawkeye as well, but they turned out to be other people... The X-Men's Danger Room was female when it was given sentience and a body... Gender Bending doesn't seem to be as prevalent in the DC universe, although I think golden age Krypto the Super Dog was turned female at one point...
