Sorry if it seem's a little paced or empty, this is my first tutorial ;v;
It's not that I've had people frequently ask me how to do these, it's just that: I've had this problem before where I was never able to get the water effect just right where I wanted it(this was when i was younger). I couldn't find the right tutorial's at the time so I kinda just developed my own style of doing it, whether it's right or not, that doesn't really matter because I'll improve along the way ^^

ALSO, FULL DISCLAIMER: THIS TUTORIAL MAY NOT BE ANATOMICALLY CORRECT!!!
This is just my own style of doing this specific water-ripply effect. Go ahead and use this as a reference if you want, just remember that this may not be precise or realistic :U
