The first of 4 or 5 thank-you pictures I need to draw for people. Because they rock socks.

After knowing for almost 5 years online, at Comicon (or rather at the airport) I finally got to meet her. We were rather unlikely friends starting off in the Atlantis: the Lost Empire community, since Kida and Helga fans simply didn't get along at the time. (Oh so many posts argueing who would win in a fair fight...) And we're still good friends to this day.

My going out would not have been possible for her help and generousity. It became a running joke as to who would let who pay for what, though.

I STILL OWE YOU A CHURRO! How'd I let that slip?

Sooo... Helga and Kida, argueing over who gets the money. "Take it!"

Drawn with HB and 2B graphite pencil after an initial sketch and shading in Tuscan Red Col-erase pencil, then digitally altered. My first drawing using one, it was something she gave me when I found it on the seat of her car. I had mistook it for a mere ordinary pencil, and she informed me otherwise. You're right, Gob, they ARE fun to work with!

Once again, thank you so much!

As for the other pictures... I have ideas for a couple, just a matter of figuring out how to compose them. I'm still brainstorming.
