I think I know why people are getting 19-20, they're counting all the ones on the belt.

17 actually includes the ones on the belt. I'm not sure where the extra 2-3 are coming from, but there's lots of little detail that I suppose could look acorn-like.

Huh, I saw the ones on the belt and because they were so little, I thought only the first two on the left were... There's the knob on the drawer, the one substituting the chair leg, and the two on the curtain railing...
