Well, the dress is based on a photo I saw while I was searching for 1934-1935 dresses. Though I really wanted to make the dress myself, I can't because I have to stick with the timeline.
Alice Kaye is a model/actress during those times and I like her hairstyle so I based the wig on her. I tweaked it a bit just to let you know.
And yes, OC!Philippines is a girl. That's her secret.
