Description
Finally his final design is finished @_@ It took me MONTHS to find a good design for him.Furfur's design has changed a lot if you compare with his pervious design concepts: [link] [link] I removed the nasty red markings.
I have put in silhouettes of Red to show size comparison.
Left is his real and actual form, Right is his disguise.
Furfur is a character based of Furfur from myth (demonology) -> [link]

I really like how you did Furfur! I've always enjoyed Demonology and I'm happy to see people drawing the Goetic demons.
I wonder, will it appear other demons in your comic by any chance? Excluding Amon and Astaroth, of course.

Lovely, but in his "real look", his neck look too short for me. Did You try to paint it a bit longer? Now it looks like he is "trying to hide in his shoulders".

wow, this is interesting. Causes love between a man and a woman? lol, a nice power to put along with thunder, lightning, storms, and the like. I'd say he is pretty bad a$$.

I do say I quite like the improvement in deer anatomy but is it ok for me to give my honest opinion on this? Since you were making him a demon from hell I do like the idea of the disguse form but his real look I feel you could of exagerrated or added essence of this design: [link] into him. I really like the more 'intimidating' feel of that version of furfur. His real look here just doesn't have the same 'pop' as the other did and thats imagining it without the markings. With the wings though I think they should be bigger or/and add another pair to the back because I can't imagine him flying without falling out of the sky, he looks too heavy for that, even in fantasy terms you have to have a sense of realism, the Skyrim dragons are hard for me to take seriously because of the way their wings are attached and their size, they really don't look like they should be flying, just land face flat on the ground after the first jump, maybe a few seconds of gliding but thats it. In the same sense I can't imagine him flying even if he's magical, but again thats my opinion and you can take it with a grain of salt.
Since you said this is his final design I know you won't mess with it if your pleased with how it is. But its hard 'for me' to find him intimidating this anthro deer-taur with wings as an Earl of hell, when looking at the art on the Wiki that was a bit more 'demon' like because it looked more disfigured, a creature not from the realm of the 'norm'.
Other than that, keep up the great work and I do hope to see this guys character develop in your comic, seeing him in action could change my opinion, but here not so much, do love the detail and color of him though. <3

Thanks I respect your opinion but I sorta dissagree about "intimidating" feel. I was not going for making the demons look evil, which is why he looks so calm in this version. And the previous version was kinda more dark/evil/intimidating looking. The demons are the good guys (please keep religion views out of this) except for a few in my story.
I hope you also understand I am trying to get my demon designs as close as those from Demonology. In the original, he was for example portrayed with one pair of wings,on the shoulders, so I will portray him too like that. I just added the front legs in my version because without it looked a bit strange, but that is my personal opinion.
I agree it may not be that realistic logical, but myth never was. Most dragons or other creatures in movies/games are neather. Look for example the giant green dragon in How To Train Your Dragon.
I do agree with you that the wings in here are too small portrayed and about the exagration

So there is no 'Furfur-mode'.. it's just a complete different character
