There!This is just how I personally add a glowing effect to my pictures.
You don't have to do it my way of course
I hope it helps even if it's only a weeeee bit
Besides... my tablet is going through a difficult phase...
It is now hospitalized by the repairman and I don't know if it's badly damaged or if I'll get it back nice and healthy soon enough XD

Ah, i soften my pictures in a similar way, accept i dont do the colour thing, i find the gaussian blur and the opacity works just fine by itself XD

yeah i guess the colour would help with the effect of outdoor light, a natural tone X3
