I know this isn't the most original idea, but to be honest I had to make this because its a shark. How could I not make a shark? Any way, as usual, enjoy! Also, I'm introducing the pun chicken who will pop up near any puns! Look out for him and tell me if you like him!Shark
Mob Type: AggressiveHealth Points: 25Attack Damage: 3 (easy), 5 (normal), 7 (hard) Spawn: Ocean, AtlantisDrops: 1-4 Shark Skin*, 0-6 FishExperience: 1-4They're not as bad as jaws, but these fishy monsters are still dangerous to you. Unlike the other deep sea monsters sharks actually attack boats as well as the player and if you drink a bucket of blood for 2 minutes you will be shark bait and this means if a shark attacks you whilst you have this effect it will spawn another 3 sharks. And if you knew their skin is covered in tiny teeth, then it won't be a surprise to you that if you hit them with your fist you will take one damage.*Shark skin can be used to make tooth covered armor that gives a bite to any mobs that hit you.

Awesome idea. I watched the Mindcrack panel at minecon yesterday and they suggested a shark as another water mob and I think you nailed it perfectly.

Don't let haters deter you. Your awesome and so are your ideas. Also, suggestion: Hammerhead Sharks and/or Megalodon.
Hammerheads would act like normal sharks except they can only see you from the sides and Megalodons are either mini-bosses or are just OP (just a little) Sharks.

I have idea. shark's teeth make special arrows and weapons. Also maybe make a potion with shark skin called "berserker" that makes you walkand swim 2x faster and does 2x damage with your fist or weapon

RANDOM BRAINWAVE INSPIRED BY SHARK:
maybe there could be a special mob called davy jones which only spawns in the dead sea(a sea made of greenish water that if swam in causes damage, and if you go below the surface you take instant death)
and he has a special ship made of deadwood (dark green-brown wood) that can only be found on his boat. on the ship spawns sea minions, which look like various sea creatures with legs. there are three kinds
crab, who does the weakest damage
shark, who does medium damage
octopus, who does the most
and then there is davy jones, who is the dead sea boss, you cant leave the dead sea unless you kill him
he is like a kraken sea minion who does the most damage in the dead sea
there are sharks and other hostile water mobs all around his boat. and sharks spawn more freqeuntly in the dead sea.
if you defeat davy jones, then you can go into the captains quarters, which has a chest full of booty, and some skulls, and there is a music player in there (representing the piano from the pirates of the carribean XD) then there is a portal that takes you back to the overworld.
while you are in the dead sea, that particular minecraft world will be locked in pirate speak until you leave.
there are limited edition pirate items in the dead sea, like pirate flags, cutlasses, cannons and a pirate hat (basically leather helmets that can allow you to breathe under water in the overworld,there is only one in the dead sea.

Hmm, I might do davy jones as a mini boss for atlantis and whilst I would do the boat for this I wouldn't make crabs, sharks and octopi his minions. Thank you for the suggestion though

Many people have designed sharks for Minecraft. Just because they made their own sharks does not mean they own sharks. There are several mods with crocodiles. Maybe you should go and annoy them. Also, I made the model and skin myself, and haven't based it of the mo' creatures shark because I don't like the mo' creatures mod.

Okay. yeah, I realized that what I said was stupid as soon as I typed it. But, no, he didn't. Mo' Creatures isn't the only mod that adds sharks. By your logic, the Aether rips off a real idea for Minecraft by adding a Sky-land dimension, just adding new stuff to it. Besides, if you don't like something, why bother even commenting? I do not go on to the wiki of the mo' creature mod (not even sure if they do have one) and I do not copy peoples work. You can look through out the whole of my gallery to see my ideas. And if the stats are the same then I apologise and will try to change them (though why you've been looking at a wiki of a mod just to look at the stats I don't know or care why).
And what you said "just because you change how something looks osnt make it yours." is basically what I just said to you. And don't accuse me of ripping peoples work off. Don't you dare. I have submitions upon submitions of original work that many people have enjoyed. If this is similiar to someone elses work then I am sorry and will edit it one day but don't you dare accuse me of being a thief.
