Description
Photo by: Spencer, my 8 y-o son.One of the last steps in making the world's hottest beef jerky. I add a LOT of red coloring to my special sauce as a WARNING... and for GOOD reason!!! This stuff is PAINFUL! This recipe is called, "Eternal Damnation"!
I call this part of the process, "painting-on the Scovilles".
I'm NOT going to post my secrets, he he, but I just want to list what types of pepper are included:
Mostly habanero - rated at 350,000 Scoville!!!
Jalepeno peppers(to compare - VERY hot at only 8,000 Scoville)
Cayenne peppers
Tobasco peppers
Chipotle peppers
Black peppercorn - fine ground
Sriracha Chile sauce
Each one burns a slightly different way, this should leave no way out! LOL!!!

Funny-thing: The shirt was bought for me, I didn't pick it out, however, the eagle on the shirt is in an old style that's part of my heritage...
Oh, and if I keep showing more background in my photos, You'll have a full tour of my house, right here on DA!! LOL!!
Thank you, by the way, you're comments are always sweet.
