I feel like the Resident Evil fandom is a little dead, or at least a lot less active than it used to be, that's why I said that. Even the modding community is barely moving now, and when Resident Evil 5 was still new, there was tons of mods released everyday !..
Or maybe that's just me not looking in the right places. I will ! I've been planning to do stuff with Chris too next.

I think the RE fandom will be active again when the new game appears on the market. Then we will have new models and stuff

I thought the fandom was gonna wake up with the hype for the new game, but yeah, I guess we'll need to wait until it's actually out. I wonder what the reaction will be. The voices saying they wanted a horror survival game like before were louder, but were they more in numbers than the ones that now like action games better ? Maybe it's too late to save the franchise. I don't catch a lot of hype around there.

I think that Capcom is just making money, and ignoring us, the fans that buy the games they release. It's very sad, but I don't see a change in the company to really satisfy us.
But... I'm hoping that the RE2 remake will be as good as RE Remake is. I'm crossing my fingers, for real.

At least, there's one thing they've been doing right, making remakes of their first games. It just hasn't been leading to what the fans were hoping, doing new ones that good, but maybe RE7 will change that !

Those games really needed that, they're so old, but so fun. If only other famous games could be remade too, like Metal Gear Solid. You want to play it, but it's fucking ancient.
