Like Miranda // Jack et Légion // Tali, Mordin and Grunt were supposed to have a fight. I feel betrayed, because at the end, they didn't do it. A great potential went to waste. There was audio files somewhere and you can actually hear the conversations between Shepard and the one she didn't pick when making them stop the arguing.
Mordin is especially butthurt and rude when Shepard doesn't take his side. He says he is tired of been yelled at and told he made mistakes and Grunt would have liked to fight and is not pleased at been second to a Salarian, but is tough enough to suck it up if he knows Shepard didn't do it because she actually agreed with Mordin more than with him. You can search for it on Youtube, that's where I listened to it.

Just listened to it and I will say it would have made it good to add to the lack of character interaction in the game already.

Some characters were a bit left out, but Mordin and Grunt had so much potential, it's a shame !

It would have been really interesting to see a fight between these two. I mean all that tension between Salarians and Krogran I really was half expecting it. Hell I was sort of expecting a fight between Garrus and Grunt.

Yes, I wonder why the deleted it. Because no connections with love interests ? Afraid these two fun characters would suddenly be much less fun, that two fights were enough and a third would be too much for our little nerves, because Mordin must stay in Shepard's side at all cost or maybe Grunt going mad would be the end of the whole crew ? No matter the reason, I'm disappointed. I was waiting for Grunt to comment about Garrus and Mordin the whole game.

And what happen if you make them stop the fight with paragon/renegade options ? Like for Miranda/Jack and Legion/Tali, you have the ability to not pick a side. Did they recorded those scenes or just the ones where you have to make one of them angry ? But~~if it was in the game, i'de have pick Mordin's side =/ All the problem the Krogans have is what they did to themselves. Salarians or Turians are not their biggest threats.

These lines were not recorded, like the fight itself, so we will never know... I bet everyone would pick the blue eyed baby's side because it feels like the Paragon option, but I agree with you. Krogans and Quarians need to question themselves before anything. I would have liked to hear - even better, watch ! - them get browbeaten by Shepard and apologies to each others, keep the fight from a distance or whatever they would have done when realizing they were overreacting and inappropriate.
