Those people I knew who had their window sills full of "happy" cactuses also knew about the hallucinogenic properties of every single plant that grows on street corners and pieces of urban wasteland. That's what I was referring to Not a hobby I would recommend to anyone btw, I've met people who kept seeing blue rays shooting out of every corner for the rest of their lives after messing too much with hallucinogenics, and besides most of those plants can also "terminate" a person quite easily.

I agree with you. Ancients used these plants for rituals and spiritual journeys. Usually only high priests or shamans could use them for trips, for ordinary people those visions were uninformative. Β Use of mushrooms, cacti or other extenders of consciousness in our modern world usually causes addiction Β and a negative impact on thinking and of course on health.
Maybe he saw the blue light of the flying saucer?! I'm kidding

Even in black & white, it is incredible. So much life going on in and around each root system.Β The 1st one in the man shape is my favorite of this grouping.

Mandrake is a very mysterious and legendary plant from the medieval magical arts and my imagination gives me a lot of ideas to create different versions of this. I am pleased with the result, although they are just concept drawings.

Nothing "just" about your concept drawings, each is a work of art on itself.
