Description This was taken this morning through my living room window into part of my garden. Some cropping and color saturation tweaking was done, but no other editing.

Note me if you use it.

I absolutely love this. i searched high and low for a picture with easy skew and perspective adjustment, but this was the only one that actually had a scene in it . I have just used this, but the project is far from over, but will be submitted soon and I will drop you a link. thank you so much for providing this! This image really saved me LOADS of trouble and time. Thanks again

I'm glad you found it useful! It's the only stock piece I've done, and I'm always thrilled when someone can actually use it! Be sure and link me the finished piece--I'm eager to see what you create!

(And thank you for the )

I envy you your view. <-- has the wonderful view of a gas station on an intersection.

Artisticly speaking, the composition forces the eye to the top of the picture with out anything to bring it down. The really bright green along the bottom of the upper third just traps the eye, and the lack of light on the frame (w/ curtains) looses the eye to the intense brightness in the middle.

Maybe if you had more light on the curtains, the picture would be more balanced.

Wow, that's a great critique! Thank you! I would try taking the picture again with this in mind, but right now
my poor grapes are suffering with a fungus. I'm still researching a way to fight the fungus without using
chemicals not intended to exist in nature.

There may be some post processing I could do in Photoshop, though. I had actually desaturated the curtains
a bit, maybe that was a mistake.

Maybe. Possibly if you doged the grapes a bit, just to tone them down and bring out a bit more detail and shadow that could help to?

Hmm. (I need my "ponder" emoticon here...) it would be worth a try. I may go back to it after I wrap up a couple of other things... I would start from the original with full sat on the curtains (though I would probably change the hue).
Thanks again for the critique.

You're welcome. Good luck with that fungus.

i love the contrast, originally i thought that it was just edited with garden and then the frame of a window...not one whole picture.
i like it

Thank you! Yep, that was taken right out of my living room window. I just de-saturated the curtains a bit and tossed it up on DA. I may take a picture from outside - after a bit of pruning - the grapes are taking over that part of the yard and look a bit ratty at the moment...
Thanks for the , too!
