Description Specifically, lamb brains. I recalled this meal a few days later, when I was disecting a sheep. Why the heck can't I have a normal life?

Gross.

I don't eat weird meats.

Or almost any for that matter.

Gross to you. Tasty to me. It's all a matter of perspective.

You should try some different foods. Some "weird" meals are rather tasty

Sushi, Serbian pork roll, Greek food, Islamic food (heavy on the mutton), and going to resturants that specialize in ethnic food from countries you can't pronounce

It was wonderful, actually. You could try hunting for Greek, Bulgarian, Macedonian or Albanian resturants in your area. They're hard to find, tend to be tucked in out of the way places.

I always did enjoy eating exotic foods. I always was the first to try the local foods, everywhere I went.

I remember a lovely Serbian pork roll. A thin pork chop, stuffed with sausage, bacon, and every other product made out of pigs. I think they made it especially to piss off the Muslims in the area. It was delicious. I had ordered veal instead, but I ended up eating most of the pork roll.

woooww~ food is a very important part of a place's culture, so you're awesome for having eaten all the cool stuff
*sounds stupid but is serious*

haha that really must have pissed them off, i can undestand though, i guess. personally don't eat meat too much unless i'm around vegetarians, just to be terrible, but that pork roll sounds very good >.<

Food often does vastly reflect its culture. I just didn't see how I could understand a culture without trying its food. Yea, the pork roll got some nasty looks from the Muslims we were eating with. I didn't order it, as I said, I went for the veal. Still, I had to sample it.

I need protein too much to become a vegetarian. Soy has some nastier effects to it, and is generally not a great idea to consume too much of it.

haha that's kickass, i heard since they started making the GMO's, people have been consuming more soy than they're supposed to and it screws something up......

food is good : D~

Soy is not meant to be an extreme large of the daily diet. In moderation, it's good for you. In excess, it causes a lot of problems.

In most respects, I don't act like most Americans. I like travel, learning different languages, and understanding other cultures. On the other hand, I have a fond liking of weapons and wonton destruction.
