It's been only days after the Anti-Vigilante Act was passed by The City's council. There's still a lot of controversies surrounding it, and so Minerva, Echo, and Cupid did not actually expect that they're going to be bothered with the Act during this one patrol around The City. They're proven wrong, when after they successfully stop a robbery in progress, instead of being thanked, a group of armed policemen suddenly surrounded them with their weapons."THIS IS ANTI-VIGILANTE SPECIAL FORCE!! YOU THREE, YOU ARE UNDER ARREST!! DROP YOUR WEAPONS AND SURRENDER IMMEDIATELLY!!!"
"What the fu**??" Minerva was instead unsheathed her sword.
"We were stopping a robbery over there!" Cupid was also confused. "Why are you arresting us?!"
"DROP YOUR FUC**** WEAPONS!!"
Echo on the other hand, didn't want her friend and sister to get into even worse troubles. "Minerva... Cupid... just, drop our weapons for now...."
"But Echo!" Minerva protested.
"We can't fight this many people, Minerva," said Echo. " Not like this...."
