"Like I said, ma'am, that is serious accusation," said the cop, visibly uninterested. "Do you have a proof of that?"

"I. WAS. THERE!" said her. "I was the victim of the harassment ! I was even used as the bribe! His henchman took me captive!"

"Well then how are you here, then?"

"Oh my god.... How did one masked man can do better then the entirety of The City cops?!"

The cop looked really upset. "Listen, lady," said him, "I'm sorry that it happen to you. But without proof, there's no way your accusation can even go through the court's front gate! So don't waste my time here, lady!"

""Without proof"?? I WAS THERE! I WAS THE VICTIM! Why do you even try to stop me from reporting this?? Just take my freaking report! Let the detective or someone better than you to investigate the case!"

"You know what, lady? You are being disruptive here. We don't appreciate that."

"I am being disruptive?? What the hell-"

"Hei! Cuff this lady and take her outside! "

The City Police Department is not the most competent law enforcement in The City But it seems that the blame should be given to the officers and not the detectives, because what kind of police officers didn't even take a report when it's literally their job

But it can be argued that The City PD is kind of underfunded. I mean, look at that... they still use typewriter in 2018....
