They do though.
However, The City also have some of the worse tax evaders living in it. And they don't take it kindly with the tax(wo)man .

I use Aiko 8 morph mainly for this girl, with some adjustment to make her looks as korean as possible because I just recently watched a k-pop video I don't think she looks anything close like korean.... Her pose in this, though, is inspired from one of them
