Description I met him at the local animal shelter yesterday, I decided to visit him again today to take what I hope to be his last photo behind the fence... if I could adopt him out, I would. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to have pets in this apartment, he's such a cute little dog that deserves a good loving home. I actually named him "Scrappy" even though I don't own him.

I hear you there, it breaks my heart to see this, in any way...I used to work at an animal shelter, and had the same way of thinking as *CirceMoon theres always room for one more...Hopefully, as more people become aware of these happenings, they will choose to make adoption their first choice, and put puppy mills out of business...great shot though! I hope someone can give him a second chance!

I want to adpot a dog but he's way too far from me. Guess we both share the same affinity towards animals buddy!

Oh that's so sad. I'd give him a home in a heartbeat. I have 5 rescue dogs already, and there's always room for another. I hope Scrappy gets a home.

Well, the reptiles and arachnids are not considered "pets" because they are all in cages, therefore they cannot damage any property, as opposed to dogs and cats who may indeed scratch and ruin the wals, carpet, etc. Know what I mean?

He was such a cute little dog! But he looked so sad ! I wish we could have brought him home along with pretty much every other animal we looked at . Good shot babe!
