Commission.15" l x 9.5" h x 5" w
Super sculpey firm over a wire and foil armature. This piece is a maquette that will be used as reference for a life-size carousel-style woodcarving of the dog.

Tim's work is amazing, and I can't even begin to express how honored and grateful I am that he asked me to sculpt something for him.
I'm really happy with how the piece turned out.
Will be painted in the next couple of days, and this will be scrapped when I have photos of the finished piece.

There are a few in-progress images in my scraps, but they are of other pieces. I'm usually so focused that I don't take photos. I do have an in-progress piece that I could try to take WIP photos of, but it might be a while...
As far as pricing, it varies with the size of the piece, but I am not currently open for commissions because I've got a backlog of projects. You can note me describing what you want (size, pose, etc), and I can give you a price quote. It might take me a bit to answer your note, but I will do my best to get back to you if you send one.

I don't know how you get the photos of your dogs to look so incredibly detailed and crisp but the sculpting of this one is particularily lifelike and full of motion. Great work!

The camera I have really helps with getting good photos of my sculptures.
Also, for this sculpture, I built a light tent out of wire and sketchbook paper so I think the right lighting makes a big difference too.
