Mecha-Koopa in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga style. The design is based off of the smaller Mecha-Koopa that actually appears in Superstar Saga, not the SMW artwork... Just to clear that up. That's why the shell's rim is white, instead of black with white spikes.

I bet syncing the key with the other frames was a pain. I had that problem once, and it doubled the time it took to animate because I had to go back and change every individual frame.

For only a few short animations it wasn't so bad, they just had to be multiples of 6

It looks more like a cross between MLSS and MLBiS. PiT-style, perhaps?

Not at all. Other than the Koopa Troopas, this is the most in-style SS sheet I've ever done. PiT looks drastically different from the other two, so trust me, you'd be sure if it had PiT elements.
