Here is a tutorial for how I made the blade for my TP Master Sword!  The tutorial is written with the assumption that you already have some knowledge about Worbla, so I didn't elaborate on the last step.  If you are new to Worbla, I recommend checking out the tutorials and books by Kamui Cosplay:  www.kamuicosplay.com/videos/

You're welcome!  Unfortunately, Cosplay Supplies is practically the only place you can get it from:  www.cosplaysupplies.com/store.… There are very few other places where you can buy it and it's always the same price .  The are two things that I can recommend.  Despite the high price tag, don't buy any sheets smaller than Jumbo size because you pay way more per square foot.  Save up slowly for the whole sheet and buy it once you have enough.  Here's a bonus tip; if you are adventurous enough, you can experiment with making Worbla yourself and save some money!  www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQf3Ry…

This is very nice.  You mention it is the same for sandwiching foam in worbla.  Do you have a tutorial on that as well?  I've never used the stuff before.
