Damn DA and it's non '=' sign allowingness!Just a quick picture I did between uni work and commissions
I'm on holiday from today! YAY! Been a while since I've drawn Goten and Trunks; they came out a little strange. I'm gonna have to get back into doing DBZ pics, I had a lot of fun with this one.

Lol. They look so uncomfortable with how outgoing Gotenks is. Their expression's totally: We turn into HIM? We so don't know that guy.

It's just colored and done very appealing, so that I thought it worthy getting a fav and showing our members whom do like all DB fanart
And jupp.... the fusion by combining body & soul of the fighters might hint at something more...

I know what you mean, it's hard going back to another series and drawing it, because you kinda pick up bits and pieces of styles from every series you get into... atleast that's what happens to me. x.x;
Goten's and Trunks' faces do look a little non-DBZ-like but I think Gotenks looks perfect.

That came out very well! I like how Gotenks is popping out of the border while Goten and Trunks don't. They're all also very on-model and the whole composition is nice! Excellent job!

Yeah, I can see what you mean about them looking weird, but they look decent enough ne? ^_^ Great coloring as always, Gotenks looks kick-arse with that green >

^^ Somewhat. Basically what I did was I took a normal round brush and did some random scribbles, then went over it again with a brush with the spacing up high (so that you get lots of circles rather than a continuous line). Then I played with the hue until it went well with the characters, and applied some brush stroke fillers to make it look less uniform. And I copied the layer, reversed it and put the layer properties on 'pin light'.
...I guess if I put it that way it might give the vague impression that I know what I'm doing here, but I'm afraid not. Like most of my pictures I just experimented until I was happy with it.
