Description
purely because i can't be having an id showing up twice, you get some juicy work from college.... the more i look at it the more i think that paintings should not be seen on computer screens. ever. especially if they're mine.
ick.
also.... the red background actually extended quite a bit further, but i took the photo on a train, so space was not good.

You took the picture on a train? I'd love to see it in those surroundings!

haha, wow, how excellent would an exhibition on a train be?!
that would give people who were annoyed from lack of seats something to do other than complain!
but really i'm afraid it was just in a sketch book in front of me... sorry!

Cool! We actually have trains in Demark that are decorated with works of famous danish artists. But an actual exhebition would be mad cool!
It looked bigger than a sketchbook page to me, when I first saw it!

well... my sketchbook is A2 sized, so it's still quite large! (bloody art lessons make me carry it around, grr!)
wow, that must be pretty amazing. i suppose we have trains that are "decorated" by graffiti artists like Banksy, but it's not really the same!

Yeah, over here it's fine art on the inside, and street art on the outside of the trains. A lovely mix!

I love travelling by train and metro. I hate busses and big boats!

oh goodness yes. buses make me feel ill, but i could spend hours on a train happily, you can fall asleep, or draw, or watch the windows endlessly changing, so much better!

Looking out the window of a train always makes me feel like I'm in a film or something. I can't say what does that, I just love it!

that, my dear, is an exceptionally striking face! i think you should feel proud, although i also agree that it's hard to get an idea of the real thing from a computer screen....i bet it's even more fab in reality!
and just out of interest....why did you take the picture on a train?

thank you thank you! it's not that good... i liked it to start with, but then seeing it on screen has made me dislike it!
the train was because i was taking my art folder back to college, had my camera on me, and happened to think that perhaps i might want a digital copy of some pictures. not that odd really!

it's hard to properly transfer vibrant paintings to a computery format.
love those eyes!
