Felt like painting a horse. Felt like painting shiny metal. Turned horse into Loki. Sounds legit.

Not done for any particular reason, just for practice and shiggles. I guess I could try turning it into a BP coat, but I don't think Howrse is a fan of copyrighted characters.

Maybe she's he's off to make some Sleipnirs?

Big fat editz: Ok guys, here's the deal. Since so many of you wanted this to be a BP coat and keep asking about it, I'm just going to put all the info right here.

Reading the Creation Space rules, it looks my hunch was right; Howrse is not a fan of copyrighted characters (or "submissions based on copyrighted characters," as they phrase it). Never the less, I've seen plenty of PB coats that are in violation of that little rule, so I figured they're probably lenient with it and I went ahead and tried to submit Loki!horse this month.

He made it past validation (which is supposedly where "the team removes any illustrations that don't comply with the rules"). This would have you believe everything was fine and dandy, right? He received enough votes to be published, so all that was left was to wait for the 26th when the new illustrations would be added to the game. Buuut, out of the blue today the coat's status changed from being approved to having "copyright issues," so it won't be getting published.

And there you have it. Sorry folks, I tried to get it done for you, but it looks like it's just not happening. To add insult to injury, I saw a BP coat just this morning that was very clearly based on Thor, so... perhaps it's luck of the draw and I just happened to get a grumpy person sorting the coats this morning. Poor Loki, he'll just never achieve as much as his brother.
