Was meant to be feel-better art to cheer me up, but I think I just ended up making them look depressed. >:c

Was anyone else completely traumatised by chapter 100?? I burst into tears on the spot!!! *goes to reread it* Gawsh I wish I knew whether or not she was dead yet... I wish the panel would just effing blink or breathe or something...

I feel the same way... :C Part of me says that she must still be alive, because... Well, she's just been such an imprtant charcter up until this point. There's no way Arakawa would kill her off that quickly. But at the same time, the other half of me... just doesn't see a way out of it, this time...
I'm hoping and praying that Arakawa is just trying to trick us like she did back in chapter 76, when she had Ed and Al black out at the same time. Chapter 100 was set up in a suspiciously similar way, but... I just don't know. D: I wish this month would fly by so that I could read the next chapter and get this over with...

I know!! I keep hoping that she's going to be okay, but I dunno... slitting someone's throat is a pretty damn good way to kill a person. What do you reckon will happen? Will Roy actually attempt a human transmutation like he wanted to after Hughes died? (Maybe in the heat of the moment he will try something ridiculous). Will Riza have some defining last words?? She won't just disappear, that's for sure. Old Fu got a better send-off if that was her last frame! I wish this month would pass quickly as well! (Especially since my final exams are in less than 2 weeks...) I guess we've just gotta hold our breaths and hope DX

Well, if you really look closely, it was only the side of her neck that was cut... So perhaps there's hope. D: And if you really think about it, trying to get Roy to preform the transmutation on Hughes by threatening Riza seems like a better plan than straight out killing her, in my opinion. Because if he truely can keep his head in this situation, even if they kill Riza, Roy can still maintain the "I'd have to be crazy to try anything," mindset, and mister Bastard Scientist would be out of luck.
Whatever happens, I really hope Roy isn't stupid enough to try anything. Much as I'd like to see him succeed at it, if worse comes to worst...

Yeah, I don't want to see him fail because that would suck. I don't want to see him succeed because not only would that leave the gate nice and open for Mr Bastard Scientist, but it would also undermine the whole point of the manga, which is that the dead should pretty much just stay dead. And I don't even want to see him NOT do the transmutation either, because that would just be sooo anti-climatic!!
...I think what I'm hoping for is some pretty bad-ass last words from Riza, followed by Roy's ultimate suicide to prevent anyone else being hurt in his name- or alternatively, Ling or someone to come bursting in and save the day with his shiny homunculusness
